The room had complimentary coffee, biscotti, and biscuits, a nice touch. I received a complimentary map during check-in. The rooftop space had a lovely setup. I also appreciated the free luggage storage after I checked out.

The breakfast room is located in the basement of the building. It did not have a lot of natural light.

dirty room impolite staff

the rooftop terrace had nice views. location was also good, near to a metro station.

my room it wasnt very clean. i found dust under the kommode, cleaning ladies they came into the room often and slammed the door. this disturb my rest and was not polite.

The rooftop was closed the night I stayed. It was a major selling point. I was told it would be a highlight, but it was closed to guests due to a private event. There was no advance notice. I FELT very disappointed.

The hotel's location allowed easy exploration.. I walked to many sights. The staff assisted promptly with a taxi to the airport. The room featured complimentary water and espresso capsules daily. A map offered guidance upon check-in, aiding navigation.

This made initial access with luggage a slight challenge. I had to walk a short distance.

metro proximity stylish decor helpful staff

The hotel's proximity to the metro station made it easy for me to get around (very important for exploring the city). My room was clean and stylish with good space. I especially liked the helpfulness of the staff. They provided great service.

The room had limited power outlets, so charging multiple devices at once was inconvenient.

The staff at the front desk were professional and efficient. Daily room tidying included a chocolate in the evening. Personnel throughout the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and I found this detail to be very nice.

I found the breakfast space well-organized even without natural light. The breakfast offered multiple options that changed daily. The staff was very kind, helpful and provided restaurant recommendations, (which I really appreciated).
